We hope you love your new purchases, however we understand that sometimes they may not be suitable. If this is the case please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com and we will be happy to arrange a credit note or exchange for the full amount of your purchase less delivery costs. You are also welcome to exchange in store.
Please ensure goods are returned intact and in the same condition as when they were received, un-used, un-washed and in their original packaging with any product tags still attached.
Returns postage should be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage. If the item is lost or damaged in the post, unfortunately we will be unable to process the return.
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed after it has been returned to us.
If your item is damaged we will be happy to arrange a refund if notified within 14 days of purchase.
